With over 20 years of experience in the title industry, Monica Chavez has spent time as a commercial escrow officer, then held the role of Indiana Operations & Sales Manager for a national commercial underwriter. Having managed hundreds of client accounts with complex multi-state and multi-site real estate transactions, her current focus is on sales and revenue growth.
Monica has served as the Sponsorship Co-Chair on the Advisory Board of Indiana’s Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and has also served on the Indianapolis Parks Foundation Advocacy Committee.
Monica Chavez received a B.A. from Indiana University in 2001.
