Co-Chief Executive Officer
In October 2008, Brian co-Founded Kensington Vanguard National Land Services after merging Kensington National Land Services, with Vanguard Title Agency. Prior to the merger, Brian served as Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Kensington National Land Services since 2002. At Kensington, he built a national title insurance, settlement and 1031 exchange company recognized as a leader in servicing high volume national residential lenders. Kensington also established a strong presence in the commercial segment of the market, servicing transactions such as the acquisitions of The Helmsley Building and 1440 Broadway and the refinancing of 4 Times Square. In September 1998, Brian began his career working at Morgan Stanley’s New York City office within the Investment Banking Division. As a member of the Retail Industry Corporate Finance team, which advised companies on debt and equity financings, he worked on transactions such as the $2.0 billion Secondary Equity Offering of Kohlberg Kravis & Robert’s stake in Safeway. In September 2000, Brian relocated to Morgan Stanley’s London office where he joined the European Consumer Products Corporate Finance team and focused on Mergers & Acquisitions.
Brian sits on the Executive Committee of the Professionals of Real Estate Forum (PREF), the University of Michigan Tri-State NextGen Council and is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and Co-Chairs YPO’s New York Political Relations Group.
Brian graduated with Distinction from The University of Michigan School of Business Administration in 1998.
